Absolutely wonderful advice. I'm still learning this in my 50s but I've wised up considerably. I sometimes wonder why I feel the need to explain myself but I think it's largely my abiding delusion that other people care, deeply enjoy a logical explanation, listen, and are usually open minded. Um, wrong!
