After 40 years of dieting I found a breathing program that calmed me down and so made it possible to eat non-compulsively (it helped to nix sugar/flour/wheat for health reasons...but it wasn't the Diet that changed me). It's THE WORST feeling to eat a snack of meal then feel guilt. Makes zero sense. We humans were meant to relish our food, not ruminate over it!
