All great advice, especially about social media overuse, sleep (read Why We Sleep!) and diet. I've improved sleep with a lower carb diet which keeps my insulin lower, but waking up at the same time every day and bedding down when tired--along with saying no to blue light in the evening--are magic for better sleep.
