As a former host I got nearly all 5 reviews with a handful of 4s for a very reasonably priced place. Unfortunately I got one wacko who gave it one-star because she thought a burn hole in the carpet the size of a quarter was “probably old feces” and other nuts observations. Numbers can lie. The place was clean, safe, on the non lethal edge of a lovely golf course, 3-BR and $59 a night plus $20 cleaning fee. I barely made money due to Covid & cleaning fees. Never again.
