As someone with ADHD, schedules are something I must master anew every day but I'm learning! I've found that a solid morning routine helps a great deal, and having a single "anchoring" activity for the day is best, as I tend to feel hostile toward to-do lists. I try to maintain a basic (skeleton) routine for chores, exercise, and weekly obligations and I try to have something to look forward to each week.
