Awesome story, and I relate 100%. My first (!) started around 41. Also have an older husband (15 years) and it can be helpful to get perspective from someone who's been there, except when I'm resenting him for his supposed condescension when I'm in Crazytown. I think I got another skateboard at 41, or maybe another motorcycle. Here I am at 55, just got ANOTHER skateboard LOL.
