Cutting calories is guaranteed failure. Instead, research the hormonal (insulin) related reasons for weight gain. The obesity epidemic has gotten worse every decade in America since the 1970s, despite advice from nutrition authorities, government, and doctors to "eat less, move more" and consume lots of grains. It's wrong. Carbs and sugars create an insulin spike that stimulates appetite, making dieting not just unpleasant but impossible. Americans keep getting fatter because we are getting lousy advice.
Go Keto. You can find reliable teachers online. Eric Berg and Jason Fung, both healthcare professionals, are a good place to start.
Stop trying to eat less. Your body doesn't know anything about calories. You are being deprived of calories, and you feel like crap as a result.
This advice is coming from someone with two advanced degrees who spent decades trying to "eat healthy" and "exercise for weight loss." It doesn't work until you get your insulin under control. Diet failures are common, widespread, and well-documented. Why are so many people failing? Because they aren't trying hard enough? What about you--you are clearly trying hard enough...and so are millions of other Americans who fail to lose weight because our healthcare system and nutritional professionals are giving very bad advice.
