Excellent points, although in addition to class the issue of Trump's ego and personality disorder sets him apart from most humans. Clinton, Carter, Obama, Nixon, and Reagan all grew up working-class or poor. Carter's family had a successful peanut operation but weren't showy and in Plains, GA didn't stick out. The Bushes--both generations--were extremely privileged. Trump does have that background in common with both Bushes.
