Gov't is an organizing principle. It can't not exist, unless you are dealing with a small tribe and a single leader. Gov't means something, in itself, because people need an organized system. But you'll find this out...when there is no gov't. You'll miss roads, parks, libraries and all the services the civilized world offers that you take for granted--they are funded by taxes and administered by gov't. Without order, you have a predatory wild west.
