Great article! Our culture still teaches that women shouldn't strain themselves, basically. The trouble with exercise is - that's the point. Women can -- and should -- lift heavy just like men. Most women can build a weight routine but there is still a lot of resistance to weight workouts, and myths about how it's a male pursuit.
