Hopefully we'll begin to see a cascade of studies disproving the long-held, wrong-headed, pseudoscientific notion that fat, especially saturated fat, is bad for health and causes heart disease. As a nation, we desperately need to cut our carbs and start eating more butter, cheese, and red meat. The faulty food pyramid needs to be demolished with a sledgehammer so we can off grains, industrial oils, and the high-carb diet we've been consuming for the last 40 years. Eating 6-11 servings of grains daily has done nothing but wreck our health. But even this study, with its strong findings that full-fat dairy is good for the heart, equivocates at the end--still demonizing saturated fat with "although dairy foods can be rich in saturated fat."
