I agree, I don't think Donny is attractive. He's interesting looking, but average-looking in every other way. He's young, which makes him attractive enough. I think a slim Martha could have been just as evil, but I think an attractive woman would not be menacing. She would need some obvious blemish to help make her more evil - a scar, bad skin, a limp, mousy hair, etc.
