I am middle-class and pay a boatload for Blue Cross/Blue Shield but lately I've been going to the doc because, at that rate, why not get every test? I keep trying to convince my husband we could save exactly $7,620 a year just by moving to Panama where I don't have to pay a $635/month premium which dollars to donuts will go up soon. He claims he likes it here, to which I retort, "In the next 8 years until I turn 65, that's about $61,000 we could save!" He claims he doesn't want to learn Spanish.
