I eat carnivore and it’s been about a year. I chose this WOE because it’s the best diet for autoimmune disease. Grains, sugar, nightshades, and seed oils exacerbate autoimmune disease. I buy grass fed beef and lamb from local sources when I can. “Veganism” was bad for my health. I’ve had several MAJOR health improvements including better sleep, no longer burn after a half hour in sunshine, weight loss to a normal weight, stable blood sugar around 80, and more.
