I got back into weightlifting 2 months ago. I go M-W-F and push myself but I started out slowly and gently. I’ve made gains in all areas, from my first set of 12 bench presses at only 20 lbs to now doing 40 with ease. It’s totally possible to make, feel, and SEE progress with weightlifting which is why I’ve always gravitated towards it. Highly recommend a lesson or personal trainer & tracking your progress in writing! Good luck - you can do it!
