I had neighbors who threw trash out their front door. Bags of it would pile up, or they would toss used paper plates or pizza boxes. Their front porch and mine were across from each other, and not large. You'd walk out the front door and be greeted by giant piles of trash. My husband eventually confronted the guy, and they stopped. Then they sold their place. Pigs...but not as bad as The Nasties!
