I hope Texas pubs are taking up the banner on this one. Thanks for a very clear explanation of a story I only partly understood--the McDs coffee lawsuit. Texas is a mess, the result of too many bad governors and a statehouse too far to the right. Losing power during the winter freeze last year was no coincidence.
