I live in Arkansas, not too far from Memphis. We've had unseasonable drought since midsummer, and it wasn't a wet spring. So whatever larger weather patterns are at play in climate change may or may not be exacerbated by three dry years--we've have two La Nina years now, and next summer will be bad, too.
