I love the advice about moving around and lifting weights, but take exception to "80/20." The 80/20 rule might work great for some people but for those with eating disorders, chronic illnesses triggered by overeating, allergies, or intolerances (metabolic disease and autoimmune, for example), or simply carb addiction (quite common) it isn't a good idea. Paleo and keto diets work better strictly adhered to for most people. Cheat days often lead to cheat weeks.
