I love the title of this piece. The phrase "little man" has always bothered me. It seems to acknowledge a destiny with immense demands yet vague outlines, which is usually a recipe for disaster. 'Baby' girl I hadn't considered. Sounds sweet and innocent, but how it opposes 'little man'!
