I make about $1200 a month here, sometimes more, and I write about 12-15 hours a week. I can't write more than that because I have another writing job that requires about 10 hours a week. Plus, I need time to get bored so I can come up with writing topics, and time to do things out in the world so people annoy me enough to come up with writing topics. It's taken about a year to get this point, maybe a little less. I'm satisfied with this, but I'm usually thinking it won't last.
