I relate 100%. Went from low fat vegan to raw foods, which resulted in too much fruit and feeling spaced out all the time...that lasted 3 months. Years later I found the carnivore diet (CD) and jumped in--just last October. I've never felt better. I love ketosis, the simplicity, the ease of saying no to grains and sugar and processed foods, and the weight loss (down from 135 to 11). Many health issues are better. I do indulge in keto "bread" and dairy products and coffee...but overall my goal is to stay in ketosis, which has so many health benefits. Thanks for your article!
