I spent my whole life "eating less, moving more" and could never get below 135 pounds (overweight for me), then I switched to keto and am at 110 without any effort. The fact is, there are siginficant metabolic factors at play and they are complex. Naturally thin people eat when hungry, move when they feel like it...and are never going to understand what it's like for the rest of us. People can get off psych meds and "eat sensibly" and still be overweight!
