I started using a sleep app a month ago and it was a game changer! I now know how much sleep I get, whether it's light or restful, and can "tag" events of the day to see what might be affecting my sleep quality. I usually sleep better on lift days, or at least heavier.
I like this list, but I feel supplements are overrated. It's better to use natural sources, like bone broth and beef liver, to get those vitamins and minerals.
