I tend to agree with your point in some respects...in that aggressive men learn that aggression pays off. But--they are also assholes and both men and women need to stand up to them. It's easy for me to write, but my experience with bullies (of both sexes) is they often catch you off guard. So, I don't blame other men for not "standing up" at the right time--heroes are much rarer in real life than they are in the movies. All I can do is work on my own ability to stand up to bullies...which is a slow process. I am working on it by being more honest with myself when I spot a bully (of either sex).
