I used to own an Abnbn before Covid. I furnished with used items, as tastefully as possible. It cost $65 a night for a 3 BR, 2.5 BA townhome on a golf course. But this is Arkansas, so people still complained (I think they paid $80 after an insanely reasonable cleaning fee). I couldn't make any money so I gave up, but nothing in an Abnbn should be pricey. It's inevitable someone will ruin, break, or steal something. Frankly, your offer was totally reasonable.
