I wanted to highlight almost all of this article. I was vegan once and had many of the same problems. I eat carnivore now and feel fine. I stay slim, don't get hungry, and am not worried about missing vitamins and minerals. My labs (including thyroid) are way better. No Vit D problems, don't need to take any supplements. I eat some beef liver and bone marrow regularly and lots of steaks and roasts. The Vegan narrative is extremely powerful, especially women in their 20s, but they soon realize it can't be sustained. There is a very good reason no population has ever naturally been vegan!!
