I will happily take out that line. It seems that more than one arrest could lead to the conclusion of habitual but I do not want to imply 'career criminal' (to me those two are different categories). I don't have any more information than one arrest and the car accident, for which I assume he faced charges. Hopefully he is doing well. Am I wrong that he faced charges for the auto accident?
