I'm 57 and recently started a new job that's absolutely miserable because writing online--shocker--doesn't pay. My new job doesn't pay, either, and has no benefits. It's awful being at this point in life and just waiting to reach the Medicare finish line. There's always waitressing and Upwork, I guess.
