I'm 59 and at this point, self-employment is my only viable option, although I do apply for state jobs now and again. Two master's degrees and decent computer skills could help me, and I've crafted a resume to delete the old, old jobs, but I get it. If I were hiring, I wouldn't expect someone at my age to be in there for 5-10 years of future employment. So I need a job in which there is so much turnover they don't care whether anyone stays or leaves, and those types of jobs are not worth getting.
