I'm unfamiliar with this person but when I saw the photo I thought, Wow-that's a Perfect photo of an influencer! She looks like the quintessential influencer! LOL. Maybe Rachel's look also has something to do with her 'relatability.' Success is hard on the ego, and money + success can turn people into believing their own press releases.
