It is getting worse and I fear it will get much worse. There's nobody to stop it from getting worse because the poor, disabled, and sick who are on Medicaid have no voice. Red state politicians do everything they can to reduce Medicaid benefits. Our government has underfunded the disability system for so long because the constituency (disabled people) has no lobby, while the greedy Big Pharma and Big Healthcare CEOs rake in the profits.
