It's interesting that people who toil at Amazon are "disenfranchised from ... the real economy." Seems they are neck deep in the real economy. Nomadland makes you think, and made me surprised at how rational the decision to drop out is--from an economic and financial perspective. Why stick around where you're not wanted, and can't compete?
