It's so frustrating that front-line workers have to tolerate customer's rage, when our politicians should be helping to fix these situations, and our corporations should be making front-line work (at least) highly paid. I guarantee Big Pharma and Big Whoever is behind this. They don't give a damn about their captive audience "customers."
