I've been eating carnivore for 2 months. I eat liver and bone marrow to make sure I get nutrients, as recommended by the program I used (Paleomedicina). I've lost 12 lbs but didn't have a lot to lose (started at 120), and have very stable blood sugar in the 60s and 70s. My triglycerides are 91, my HDL 93, and I feel good. My goal is to treat/reverse and autoimmune condition, but I hope I can add back in yams, berries and a few "safe" veggies like squash in a few months. I do think it's a good idea to eat "nose to tail" and focus on more nutrient-dense meats like beef, lamb, and high quality pork.
