I've been mouth taping for two years and I still often sleep badly. It has helped my breathing, however, as I've trained in the Buteyko method (www.breathingcenter.com) to improve overall health. That method teaches people to breathe less, so a core tenet is to never mouth-breathe. I almost never breathe through my mouth--awake or asleep. I hope everyone who reads this article tries it, and I know many will get a better night's sleep!
