I’ve found keto eating works. Some of us are exquisitely carb sensitive. The other option is to remove all foods that trigger insulin without ketosis. For me that is all breads & processed wheat, white potatoes, and sugar. White rice doesn’t work either! If I crave it, it raises insulin! The worst is bread, more of a problem than sugar. Yams are fine, as is oatmeal. It’s taken a lifetime to figure it out: Dr Fung is spot-on.
