I've had no problem embracing keto by eating bacon, butter, eggs, and beef. As someone with an autoimmune disease, the CKD (classic ketogenic diet) works wonders. Unfortunately, if you have an autoimmune issue, foods like peanut butter and cauliflower can be problematic. Dairy can also be a problem. Keto is an extremely simple diet if you eat high-fat animal foods--and don't believe the hype about the perils of cholesterol.
