I've read articles about the Amazon Warehouse experience before but reading this one I was struck by the strange familiarity of the word "picker" and how close it is to harvesting fruit or vegetables. Amazon Warehouse workers feel like the new migrant class.

Having been a teacher I know how exhausting THAT job is (and how hard it is to take a bathroom break) so I think a review by a teacher has to make the job seem acceptable, not awful etc. Compared to how teachers are treated, the Amazon Warehouse probably looks pretty good.
