Just getting back to the gym to start lifting (gently) again, after losing weight on a keto diet over the last six weeks. I am looking forward to building muscle after losing fitness ... and this article is a terrific reminder not to overdo it, always consider plenty of plenty of recovery time, and monitor my overall fatigue levels.
