Love your message! Walking just 30 minutes a day makes a huge difference in long-term health, and really is all that is required of most of us. The same is true of fruits and veggies--the bar is pretty low: just five servings a day (3 vegs, 2 fruit!) makes for big health gains according to well-run scientific studies.
