My husband used to be a therapist to the stars at a recovery/rehab center and learned this lesson up close. Rich, famous, talented people with drug problems who believed success would fix everything, discovering it doesn't. That doesn't mean wealth and success aren't nice, but the idea people have of "arriving" is fundamentally flawed. It's very hard to grasp this, which is why I still play the lottery :)
