One more reason not to use Lowes. My first reason is they run a crappy business. It's chaos in there; getting help from a knowledgeable salesperson is hit or miss. It's as bad, or worse, than Home Depot. The only reason I ever go is because my local hardware store is closed Sundays and has limited stock on bigger items.
