One size doesn't fit all when the size is extra small or extra large. Hot Desking is a poor concept for the vast majority of people. Work needs a sense of place, ownership, and stability. I had a high school teacher friend with. no classroom; he had a cart. He wheeled into several classrooms. It was a bad idea, but it was at the convenience of the administration.
