Over the last three decades I've witnessed as jobs offer less training, require purchasing items for work (uniforms, etc.), require employees to use their own vehicles, offer less or no health insurance, remove any hint of job security, ruin private spaces (from offices to cubicles to "open concept" desk torture). More education (at employee cost) is needed to do the same job. I entered the work force in 1989 at 22 - it's been a long downhill plunge. Economists don't seem to grasp this simple reality.
