Recently started swimming again. I've never had a set routine and I go super slow. I started with 20 minutes of backstroke, which is my weakest stroke but I prefer breathing through my nose, plus it stretches my arms and chest to counteract all the typing I do. I like the idea of setting a number of laps as a goal.
