Samesies. Quit in my mid-fifties after 3 increasingly rotten jobs in teaching, working for the County, and then having an unlikely terrible experience in my "safe space" back at the University. After that, I gave up. I'm still hemming and hawing about going back and how to do it without putting myself at risk for more work trauma.
