Thanks for an article on a very important topic, and for sifting through diets that aren't a good idea, such as low calorie and high fiber. Seems to me that if low-fat foods "taste like cardboard" then a low-fat diet is equally stupid as a keto diet. I've tried both, and keto is far easier to maintain, plus not deficient in B12 and what are arguably essential fats. But I'd rather eat a variety of foods and stay lean while not having an autoimmune disease where I react badly to wheat/dairy/nightshades, while lifting weights. Nature doesn't seem to have gifted me with that ability. So I guess I'll continue with my stupid keto diet LOL.
