Thanks for laying out your weight loss/gain history. I have virtually the same 30+ year yo-yo pattern. I got on AIP (no grains, sugar + a few other problem foods) and went from high of 150 to yo-yo at 135 to finally 120. Carbs matter for me since they cause a quasi-addictive overeating pattern ... but the mindset is the key! Making a commitment to a long term plan and recognizing triggers is HUGE.
