Thanks for telling this story and further publicizing the rabid hatred of the far right that fuels abortion bans and the continuing persecution (and prosecution) of women. The rotten att’y gen’l would have us believe the doctor made the whole story up. Right—so she could further her twisted agenda of “getting attention” or whatever. It never occurs to these head-in-the-sand morons that children get raped and need help, not shame and criminal charges.
